The theme of this VBS was Sailing and Adventures on the Water. We decorated with nautical items and things relating to the individual lessons. Each lesson was designed to emphasize a step in God’s plan of salvation as the daily stories were studied. Lessons were:
- Jesus Calms the Storm (Mark 4:35-41)
- Peter Walks on the Water (Matthew 14:22-33)
- “Cast Your Net on the Other Side” (John 21:1-17)
- Paul Is Shipwrecked (Acts 27:13 – 28:6)
- The Conversion of the Ethiopian Eunuch (Acts 8:26-40)
